COVID-19 Safety Protocols

We look forward to your arrival in person at Opus Music School! Please review the following safety protocols prior to your lesson.

Other Safety Upgrades

In teaching rooms:

• Teaching rooms have been reconfigured to allow for 6 feet of distance between teacher and student.
  

• All piano teaching rooms have both an acoustic piano and keyboard in the room so teacher and student can each sit at their own instruments.
  

• UV/HEPA air purifiers have been placed in each teaching room.
  

• Every teacher has mandatory 5-minute cleaning breaks in between each student.

in the School:

• Masks are required to be worn by all teachers, staff, students and parents while inside Opus Music School.

• As of April 1st, 2022 our lobby has been opened to allow for a parents and up to 1 sibling to wait inside either in our waiting area or in the seating area outside your child’s classroom. Our maximum capacity for guests in our school is 10 people total and during busier hours you may be asked to wait outside until someone else has left.
  

• Touchless hand sanitizer stations have been placed throughout the school.
  

• Our restroom has been stocked with antimicrobial soap and a touchless paper towel dispenser.
  

• Complimentary disposable masks in adult and kids sizes are available upon request.
  

• A safety mirror has been installed on our staircase to improve visibility.
  

Can I stay online?

• Absolutely! You can stay online as long as you'd like even after we reopen!

• If you are ready to return for in-person lessons, we just ask that you give us at least 24 hours notice prior to your in-person lesson time so we can prepare for your arrival.
