Private Makeup Lesson Eligibility
You've asked and we have listened! We have received feedback that some of you would prefer private makeup lessons (rather than group makeup lessons), if you are unable to make your normal lesson time. Starting in January 2023, active Opus students will be able to cancel their lessons and be eligible for private makeup lessons!
In order to be eligible for a private makeup lesson credit, please be aware of the following:
You must self-cancel your lesson online using the Opus web portal.
Lesson must be canceled at least 24 hours in advance of your regular lesson start time.
You will receive a makeup lesson credit which you can then use to self-book a private lesson with an available Opus teacher.
If you don't have account access or your login credentials, or have any questions about our makeup lesson policy, please email or call our office so we can help you get set up before the new year.
