What is Opus Pop Stars Band Class?
An in-person beginner level band program where kids can rotate among 4 instruments: piano, singing, guitar, and drums. Learn to play pop songs using a fun and color coded curriculum. Kids have fun playing with their peers, playing songs they know and like. The curriculum includes animated music games and interactive activities to make this class fun.
Enrollment is now OPEN for our new class starting in January 2022.
Ages
5-7 years old
Instruments
Piano, guitar, singing or drums (each student rotates among 4 instruments)

5 students max in-person at Opus Music School (face masks and social distancing enforced)

Mini Level (No Experience) - Tuesdays at 5:00 - 5:45 pm at Opus Music School
Performance Date
TBA in late May

Cost
$150 per month plus $25 one-time materials fee per student
Materials fee covers all materials/instruments to be used during the class, a band T-shirt, and fees for the concert venue.
How to Join
Description
Students will play on real acoustic instruments in this class once a week. This is a great introduction to music for children to expose them to various musical instruments in a fun setting using a color-coded, animated curriculum. Real pop songs by artists such as Shakira, and Post Malone, and Katy Perry are simplified for this age group. Performance opportunity at the end of the class TBA.
No instrument purchase required.
